I can't remember my username and password.
Not a problem. Within the website, you will see a Forget your password? link where by entering your email or username you will receive a new password on your email address.

How can I see how much I have earned by taking part in surveys?
Within each email you receive, you will be told how many credit points completing the survey is worth. This will range depending on the survey length as we will reward you more for the time spent on each survey. Upon completion, your account will be credited with the specified points and you can check on how many points you have by checking My account page.

How does the point system work.
We have designed a point system that is easy to understand. Each point is worth 1p, so completing a survey for 50 CREDIT POINTS will reward you with 50p. Once you have reached 2000 CREDIT POINTS, you are able to cash your points in for actual cash.

How can I get invited to surveys more frequently?
TechTank requires the views and opinions of a wide range of IT Professionals and to ensure accurate representation of the market, we randomly select panel members to take part in our surveys. There will be times when we require a specific group of people, who will be selected via their profiling information so please ensure your details are always up-to-date

I want to unsubscribe from TechTank
You need to be logged into your account to unsubscribe. Once logged in, you will see an unsubscribe feature on My account page

I sometimes try to participate in surveys but they don't let me go through or say they are closed
We will always try and give you the opportunity to take part in our surveys but on occasions, we are looking for a very specific type of individual or we have already spoken to people like you. If a survey is closed by the time you try and access it, we apologise and always try to give you every opportunity we can to let you complete it. That's why we state clearly on the email when we need to complete the survey by.

What happens to the information I provide
All information provided by members of TechTank remains private and confidential and your answers are always analysed and presented as a aggregate rather than linked to an individual. Companies use this information to better market, develop or refine the products and services that are relevant to you. Please note that TechTank takes the security of your personal details seriously and adheres strictly to the UK Market Research Society Code of Conduct and UK Data Protection Act 1998. This means data about you will never be passed onto third parties without your permission

By registering, will it mean I get SPAM?
No. We never SPAM or sell your personal details to any third parties. We would also recommend that you add the techtank.com domain to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all our communications
